- Technical and usage information: such as session data, security-related information, device/browser information, IP address, and limited activity data needed to keep the website functional and secure.

3. How We Use Information

4. AI Tools and User-Submitted Medical Content
Certain ClarityCare Hub features, including Ask Clara and other AI-supported tools, process text and materials you voluntarily provide in order to generate informational outputs. These tools are designed to support patient understanding and workflow assistance, not to replace professional medical, legal, financial, or insurance advice.
If you upload medical bills, insurance letters, or related documentation, you acknowledge that such materials may contain personal or health-related information. We recommend that users avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and share only what is reasonably needed for the requested task.
5. Saved Work and User Control
ClarityCare Hub allows you to save certain work product, including appeal drafts, bill reviews, and Clara AI chats. Saved items are stored only when you elect to save them or when needed to provide the requested logged-in account functionality.
You may be able to update or delete certain saved items through your account. We may also retain limited backup, security, or system records as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or operational continuity.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use only essential cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep the website secure, maintain session continuity, remember core settings, and deliver the services you request. We do not present an option to disable these essential technologies because the website depends on them to function properly.
