Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ClarityCare Hub platform, including patient-facing tools, saved work features, and AI-assisted functionality.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClarityCare Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Ownership
ClarityCare Hub Inc owns and operates the ClarityCare Hub platform, including its website, software, design, workflows, content, branding, and related services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Nature of the Services
ClarityCare Hub provides patient support tools and informational assistance, including medical bill review support, appeal drafting support, educational resources, and AI-assisted guidance. The platform is intended to help users better understand healthcare billing and insurance-related issues.
ClarityCare Hub does not provide medical care, emergency services, legal representation, insurance representation, financial advisory services, or guaranteed claims outcomes.
4. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice
Content generated through the platform, including Ask Clara outputs, bill review summaries, appeal templates, and educational resources, is provided for general informational and workflow-support purposes only. It is not medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional judgment.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to use any output before relying on it, submitting it, or acting on it.
5. AI Feature Terms
Ask Clara and other AI-assisted features may generate incomplete, generalized, or incorrect outputs. AI-generated content may not reflect the latest payer policies, medical coding guidance, legal standards, or your full factual situation.
By using AI-supported features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs are provided “as is” for informational assistance only;
- you remain fully responsible for reviewing all outputs before use;
- ClarityCare Hub is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content; and
- the platform is not intended for emergencies, urgent care decisions, or clinical decision-making.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current.
7. Uploads and User-Submitted Content
You may upload or submit text, documents, medical bills, denial letters, account information, or other materials in order to use the platform. You represent and warrant that:
- you have the legal right and authority to submit the information you provide;
- your submissions do not violate any law, regulation, privacy right, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right;
- you will not upload malicious code, harmful files, or content intended to disrupt the service; and
- you will avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information beyond what is reasonably needed for the requested task.
You retain your rights in your submitted content, but you grant ClarityCare Hub a limited right to host, process, store, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, provide the requested services, maintain security, and enforce these Terms.
8. Saved Work
The platform may allow you to save certain drafts, reviews, or chats to your account. You are responsible for reviewing saved work and ensuring that any use of such material is appropriate for your needs. ClarityCare Hub may limit, suspend, remove, or modify saved-work functionality at any time.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the platform in a fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or misleading manner;
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the website or underlying systems;
- use the platform to generate harmful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or unlawful content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
- upload content that you do not have permission to share; or
- use Ask Clara or any other feature in a way that abuses, manipulates, or misuses the platform.
10. Suspension and Termination
ClarityCare Hub Inc reserves the right to monitor use of the platform and to suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, misused the services, or engaged in conduct that may expose ClarityCare Hub or others to harm or liability.
11. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, design, software, branding, interfaces, and materials are owned by ClarityCare Hub Inc or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
ClarityCare Hub may use or integrate third-party infrastructure, communications, payment, hosting, or processing services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, and your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.
13. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClarityCare Hub Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClarityCare Hub Inc and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss of data, business interruption, medical billing outcome, insurance coverage outcome, or other loss arising out of or related to your access to or use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClarityCare Hub Inc and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Changes to the Platform and Terms
ClarityCare Hub Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or replace any feature, content, workflow, policy, or aspect of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
