Our Founder’s Story

Born in Haiti and raised in the Boston area, Dagobert built his career across the healthcare revenue cycle—from early patient-facing work in Patient Accounts to analytical roles in Revenue Integrity and Payment Variance. Over ten years, he gained hands-on exposure to facility and payer contracts, medical coding & billing, and end-to-end revenue processes.

He earned the COC (Certified Outpatient Coder) and CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) credentials to deepen his expertise. Along the way, he saw how fragmented policy information slows teams and confuses patients. ClarityCare Hub is his answer: a platform that turns complex policies into clear, searchable knowledge, streamlines communication between insurers and providers, and helps every stakeholder make confident, informed decisions.
